File Clerk  runs the Microsoft  programs such as Word, Power Point and Excel and files the data in a file folder that is in a virtual file cabinet.  When brought up File Clerk shows all the file cabinets and the folders and documents they contain in alpha order.   It is easy to learn since it works just like a series of real file cabinets with data stored. However file clerk can file video, audio, email  and faxes
