There were several things about the Michael Jackson case that are quite unusual for cases involving men sexually molesting boys. There was no testimony that Jackson had the boys do physical acts for him. The charges were that Jackson improperly touched boys not the boys being made to do things to Jackson. Male rapists are not in the habit of bringing sexual satisfaction to the rape victim. Men who molest boys or girls are not about bringing some sort of perverted pleasure to their victims. What Jackson is accused of doing is much different than the cases against those who molest boys.

There were rumors and tabloid stories about young Michael Jackson as he approached puberty. There were tabloid stories saying it would not be long until Michael lost his distinctive high pitched voice. Then other tabloid stories said he was given some sort or hormone and/or drug to prevent the advent of puberty. It was done, they said, to prevent his voice from changing. If he was given hormones or drugs to prevent puberty it must surely have messed him up in other ways.

Could it be possible that Michael Jackson never completed puberty? Could it be that he is in his forties but stopped development at 12 or 13? Is he really a very messed up 13 year old boy?

The media during the trial was very skeptical about Jackson being the biological father of his children. Why? They apparently have some reason to believe that Jackson could not father a child. Doesn't that infer impotence? Impotence at 40 something? Hmmmm. That has me asking if he has ever been able to function as a man. In other words, did Jackson ever actually transition from Boy to Man? Is he still stuck in some sort of biological 13 year old limbo? Did his make over operations and other strange medical procedures he has had done to himself, produce his perverted state?
I am not convinced he ever become a man.

Boys just before maturity tend to go through an "I hate Girls." stage. They hang out with other boys and try to exclude girls. Then just a few months later boys transition into the "Craving Female" stage. Once entered most boys/men never get out of the craving a female stage. It appears Jackson never got to that point. Jackson does not more or act like a female. He shows no female moves. He walks, talks and moves like an adolescent boy.

Jackson is nothing like a normal male. Not even like a 15 or 16 year old male Once physical maturity is achieved males tend to go through the state of how many females can I attract. That normally doesn't last long.. A year or so is the normal length of time. I think Bill Clinton got stuck in that stage... but that is a different column.

But for normal men sexual desire changes from proving masculinity by how many females can be attracted, to wanting a complete relationship with just one woman. Jackson obviously never got within a million miles of normal manhood.

Jacksons ex wife's testimony was strange. The prosecution was expecting her to trash him. She did not do so. Her testimony was almost maternal in the way she expressed her opinions about him.

I wonder if Jackson is really an undeveloped 13 year. Has he spent nearly a quarter of a century being a 13 year old? Does he feel anger at young boys who reach maturity? Or could he be trying at some perverted level to associate with boys in transition to men subconsciously hoping to learn the secret to becoming a man?

In any event Jackson is one sick puppy. I wonder how much of his problem was induced by his parents trying to keep the boy star a boy as long as possible. Or perhaps there is just some sort of defective gene that keeps him from growing up.

The dressing for rebellion, the extraordinary attention to appearance. He is so very much like a boy stuck half way between boy and man..

One of the middle aged women jurors talked about Jackson in the court room. She said his behavior in the court room made him human. It was apparent that she liked him. I kept asking is that her maternal instinct showing? How could she like him? What if she saw him as a child?

It may be an act... But I think Michael Jackson is a very perverted 13 year old. I believe his attorney understood Jackson and the type of people he needed on the jury for Jackson be found innocent.. I think Tom Sneddon thought a jury that could only find him innocent, would find him guilty. I think Sneddon helped Thomas Mesereau pick the jury with 8 tolerant mother women and 4 tolerant father men. Sneddon felt motherly and fatherly jurors would convict Jackson in a heart beat.

Looking at that jury I think Jackson's council picked woman and men jurors likely to see him as an innocent adolescent . I think Sneddon felt that Mesereau was slightly dumber than a sack of rocks.

Sneddon thought motherly women would convict Jackson But those motherly woman hated the accusers mom for being a terrible mother, and blamed her for putting her son in that situation. I think they felt Jackson cant help who he is.. but the mother could have prevented her son from abuse. They think she exposed her son for the prospect of money.

I think the every member of that jury was selected because they would feel maternal and paternal instincts about Jackson and hatred at the victims mother.

They certainly saw him as innocent... As an innocent child? I think so.
