Have you ever thought about how long it would take to build an effective army from scratch? Many would say it takes 8 weeks to make a private and six months to make a 2nd Lieutenant, so how about 6 months to a year.

Lets look at the US Army. How long does it take to make a private into a corporal. It takes a year or two of experience and training as a private to learn to be a corporal. Then once a Corporal how long to make a Sergeant. Add the time to become a Staff Sergeant, and then Platoon Sergeant and then a first Sergeant and finally Sergeant Major. How long does that take in the USA. Has anyone ever made Sergeant Major after 5 years in the military?

It takes just the six months to create a good 2nd Lieutenant. But how much longer to learn to be a 1st Lieutenant and then Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, full Colonel, and finally General. Has any one after 5 years of service made a General in our military? Then why do Democrats expect the Iraqis to do it.

It should be apparent that a self sufficient army can not be built in a year or even five years. Even a West Point graduate will spend decades rising to the rank of General. Can we expect Iraqis to be better at creating an Army than we are? Obama and Hillary apparently do!

There were those that suggested that after we conquered Iraq that we retain the officers from Saddam's army to form the new Iraqi army. Even a pretty ignorant person would not give control of the new Iraqi nations security back to the people who were still loyal to Saddam's legacy. That would have been very dumb.

So we have been for several years trying to rebuild the Iraqi military. Yes we put together tens of thousands of privates and a few thousand 2nd Lieutenants. But even with as much training as possible it will take years for division sized military to be able to function under total Iraqi control.

There are Democrats who say 5 years is enough. Lets get out NOW and let the Iraqi's win or lose on their own. Obama and Hillary say it is up to the Iraqis to be able to defeat al Qaeda on their own. They must know nothing about a military force or what it takes win a guerilla war.

We have built an Iraqi military using military illiterates. They are Iraqis who held no military positions under Saddam. So we have people who want to serve in the military having to learn to command 100 thousands troops in 5 years.

Let me put it this way.. It is similar to expecting a brand new MBA to run General motors and defeat Toyota at producing and selling cars. Fat chance that could happen.

It will take many more years to create world class Iraqi military.

Both Saddam and Osama believed that this nation had weak leadership without the will to fight. The unanswered attacks on our forces in the 1990s to supported that view. Both Saddam and Osama did not believe that George W. Bush would commit our forces to combat. And if we did, it would only take a few of our people getting killed for us to pick up and come home.

The object of both Saddam and Osama was to gain nuclear weapons so they could black mail us into submission.

But can you imagine the disaster if al Qaeda got control of the Iraqi oil and the money it produces and then used it to buy nuclear weapons or the technology to produce nuclear weapons? What would al Qaeda do to bring this nation to its helpless knees?

Imagine, if you will, that al Qaeda got Nukes. After what they would see as our surrender in Iraq, imagine they nuked Chicago killing a few million Americans. What if just as the nuke went off in Chicago, al Qaeda had al Jazeera play a tape that said if the USA tried any sort of counter attack, nukes would be instantly set off in New York, Los Angelus, Atlanta, Miami and a rural site they would not name. What would a president Obama or Hillary do? Would they say.. Please Osama can't we just talk about being friends?

Would a president Obama or Hillary try to stall while our FBI tried to get permission to intercept terrorist communications? Does anyone doubt that Nancy Pelosi would had been ended such surveillance long before the nuke went off in Chicago. How would they handle the mass exodus from New York, LA , Atlanta, and Miami. Can you imagine the interstates would look like, what it would do to our economy our communications system even our supply of gasoline. What would a president do in this situation?

The media says we are not to ask such questions .. it is just conservatives using scare tactics to make us hate Muslims and Democrats..

Yes Virginia, Barrack Hussein Obama or Hillary may not pull us out of Iraq and leave that oil rich nation to al Qaeda. Yes they both says it ... but maybe they really doesn't mean it. But then maybe they do.

And maybe either Obama or Hillary would fight for the USA at the drop of a hat or an atomic bomb. But their is a chance they would just surrender.

My question is, Are you willing to bet your life on Barrack Obama or Hillary Clinton actually defending your life?. If you vote for either of them him that is exactly what you are doing.
